Our room was very clean, in spite of the obvious construction that ws going on around the property. The bed was very comfortable. Most everything worked out well except as below.
We realize the building our room was in had just almost finished construction. There was no phone! The curtains on the windows did not match. There was a towel to keep the water from the shower from going all over the floor. The sheets on the bed did not match. Perhaps with some time these things could be fixed.
desk clerk was informative
new building, walls seemed hollow,we could hear other guests children crying. Booked price online and checked for multiple days in advance and got same price, but we only booked 1 night, when we asked for a second night the price went more than double and they wouldnt budge.
Four of us went shopping for Black Friday and just wanted a clean, inexpensive room to drop off our purchases. This was one of the few places that didn't increase their regular rates due to the Thanksgiving holiday. The motel also offers free long distance calling from the room to anywhere in Canada and the United States.
Everything was fine.
the location between Niagarafall & Buffalo with its shoping center
The staff attitude was very tough, furthermore they don't clean the room routinely
Beds were very confortable and the room very clean
No brakfast. We woke up at 10 and was told that the breakfast was only until 9:30. It was bad....
I was on a trip with my family (3 adults and 2 children) and was looking for an accommodation closer to the falls. Booked this one just going by the nightly rate. Room was decent for the price. The best part was the hospitality of the father-son duo who run this. Throughout our stay they were so helpful as if they were a part of my family. Would recommend this without any second thoughts. Looking forward to my next trip.
No complaints for the given price.
Rooms in the new building are brand new and good...Location is not far (around 8 miles) from the attractions. Value for money if stayed in the new building.
Surprisingly the new building has a very bad noise insulation between rooms. All night we could hear TV sound and people talking from next room as if the folks are in our room.
Owner is very friendly and helpful. Very clean room but no microwave. Rooms are smaller than I thought but quiet location and easy access to car right outside of our room was great. Hot coffee and light breakfast was a nice surprise. Very affordable.
Only frig in room, no microwave or coffee maker
The room was not very clean there was still hair in the shower when I went to take a shower and it took forever for the hot water to kick in making it a long wait to even think about taking a shower...
The clean staff make noise at 7:00 AM cleaning a room above my room. You can heard the floor creaking above and the peoples taking a shower at 3:00 AM
The owner was great, helpful with everything. Was not far from the falls at all.
The bad was the tub did not work properly and there was a strong oder of dampness because there was no airflow. The bed was very thin and had springs poking threw, we had to put down extra blankets so we could sleep on it.
Ask for a newer building(brand new rooms). We were four adults and 1 year old. Two two queen beds were sufficient and the room was very well maintained. The breakfast was also good and the service staff was excellent. I would recommend this to everyone and would stay here again.
Price was on a higher side but booked last minute, so cannot complain. So fancy your chances.
10 mins drive to the falls & helicopter ride
Room had a bad smell, i would suggest carrying a room freshener, if any one is planning to stay in this place :)
Room was clean
There are no services.... No phone, no toilet paper, no security lock on door, no fire escape plan, no housekeeping, tiny very old towels, no ice, no lock on main entrance door . Huge price gouging 349$ a night, a nd when we called Booked.net to complain, they called the manager, so he was very rude the next day.
